We value attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail above all, we will provide full training and guide you every step of the way.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide customer service support via phone and email.\nTrack shipments and provide timely status updates to customers and internal teams.\nPerform accurate data entry into internal logistics systems.\nSupport multiple terminal operations with administrative and coordination tasks.\nMaintain shipment records and documentation.\nSupport multiple terminal operations with administrative and logistics tasks.\nCoordinate with internal operations teams to ensure accurate information flow.\nMaintain shipment records and documentation.\nEscalate operational issues when necessary.\nQualifications:\n12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or drayage support.\nPrevious experience in customer service within the logistics industry is preferred.\nExperience with shipment tracking, data entry, or logistics coordination.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nAdvanced English (written and spoken).\nWork Setup Requirements:\nTo perform this role effectively, you must have:\nA quiet home office space to work optimally.\nA stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB).\nA laptop/desktop with updated software.\nA secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.",
