We are looking for a Junior Procurement professional for Par Servicios Integrales.\nPROFILE:\nProfessional with solid experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management, who wants to assume a key role in the optimization of materials purchasing processes, warehouse management within a demanding operation. We are looking for someone who understands that sourcing generates value for the business through informed decisions, effective negotiation and rigorous process control.\nTRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:\nProfessional in areas of Administration, Engineering or similar, with specialization. Minimum general experience of six (6) years and specific experience of five (5) years in management and attention to Procurement or Supply Chain Management processes (RFI, RFP, Service Orders, Others, Contracts), management and purchasing of materials, warehouse management; preferably in the hydrocarbon sector or related industries (gas, energy, mining, etc.).\nFUNCTIONS:\nExecute competitive processes (RFP, RFQ, tenders).\nSupport and execution of material purchases.\nCoordinate and lead negotiation processes with suppliers for optimization of resources.\nEnsure compliance with policies, times and process standards.\nManage multiple processes simultaneously, maintaining traceability and documentary order.\nPerform weekly monitoring report on execution of processes.\nDocument the activities carried out in the database. \nManage the purchasing process in accordance with the defined procedures.\nProcess management through the client's ERP platform.\nKNOWLEDGE IN:\nSupply processes or SCM - RFI, RFP, Service Orders, Others, Contracts.\nManagement and purchases of materials.\nWarehouse management.\nPreparation of evaluation matrices.\nTechnical and economic analysis of offers.\nManagement of office tools and advanced Excel.\nMastery and management of ERP: SAP for Supply processes.\nMAIN SKILLS:\nAssertive communication.\nNegotiation, ability to manage and relate to suppliers.\nCritical thinking and attention to detail.\nInternal and external customer service.\nEthics and integrity.\nTeamwork.\nOrientation to results.\nAdaptation to rapid changes and high-risk situations complexity.\nTYPE OF CONTRACT: fixed 6 months \nWORK MODALITY: Freelance Teleworking\nThis is an opportunity to contribute to the success of Par Servicios Integrales and develop your professional career.",
