Job Title:

Junior Community Manager / Social Media Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract | Remote

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Junior Community Manager / Social Media Manager to help manage and grow our online presence across social media, Discord, and live content initiatives. This role is hands-on and active, with daily responsibilities across multiple platforms.
This is not a passive position. You’ll be expected to create content, manage communities, moderate conversations, and support events consistently and independently.

Core Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
You will be responsible for managing all social media accounts, including:
- Creating and maintaining a social media content calendar
- Creating social media content (written, visual, and video)
- Editing short-form video clips for social platforms
- Monitoring social media channels and engaging with the community

Discord Community Management
You will actively manage and support our Discord community, including:
- Creating and posting Discord-specific content
- Moderating the Discord server
- Running and supporting Discord events
- Identifying and coordinating speakers for Discord events

Event, Podcast & Educational Content Support
You will assist with ongoing content and live programming, including:
- Podcast support
- Virtual conference support
- Masterclass support

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience as a Community Manager

2+ years of experience managing social media professionally

Has shipped an Indie Title

Discord

YouTube and Twitch moderation

video editing
- Strong time management skills

self-motivated, reliable, and driven

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

content creator
- Graphic design experience or working knowledge
