As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll collaborate with senior managers, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is perfect for someone passionate about construction, organization, and effective communication.
What You’ll Do:
Support senior project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Track project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions
Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation
Assist with procurement and cost management tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in construction or project coordination (internships count!)
Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken — are essential
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Monday, Procore, or similar)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
