Desirable specialist in management and service in SharePoint platforms, quality management and document management, engineering project management; preferably in the hydrocarbon sector or related industries (gas, energy, mining, etc.).\nFUNCTIONS:\nManage and maintain the SharePoint platform, guaranteeing the correct storage, organization and traceability of information.\nReceive, analyze and respond to technical information queries, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in management.\nManage the reception and issuance of transmittals associated with active engineering projects.\nCode, control and formalize the list of technical deliverables of projects.\nValidate and process the FUIDs received along with the delivery of technical information.\nConsolidate and keep the digital technical documentary inventory up to date.\nTrain users in the use of SharePoint and the documentary information management guidelines.\nParticipate in meetings related to Document Management and information control.\nSupport contractual and budget management activities related to the area.\nKNOWLEDGE IN:\nProject management system quality management and document management.\nManagement of SharePoint.\nManagement of office tools and advanced Excel.\nKnowledge in managing engineering projects in the Oil and Gas sector.\nKnowledge of hydrocarbon transportation or treatment plant equipment.\nMAIN SKILLS:\nAssertive communication.\nCritical thinking and attention to detail.\nInternal and external customer service.\nEthics and integrity.\nWork as a team.\nResults orientation.\nAbility to plan and monitor technical deliverables.\nAdaptation to rapid changes and highly complex situations.\nCONTRACT TYPE: Fixed 2 months \nWORK MODALITY: Freelance Teleworking\nThe opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment committed to technical excellence.",
