TW Logistics continues to grow and is looking to expand its commercial team with a/a Key Account Manager E-commerce. This role focuses on actively prospecting new B2B customers across logistics, retail and marketplace sectors, raising operational and technology requirements, and closing high-impact business opportunities.
He/she will collaborate with IT, product, operations and support to ensure functional solutions that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The goal is to turn opportunities into contracts and manage onboarding and after-sales to guarantee exceptional experiences.

What you will do as KAM E-commerce
Prospecting and developing relationships with new B2B customers in logistics, retail and marketplaces sectors.
Surveying operational and technological requirements of customers to translate them into solutions within our platform.
Lead technical-commercial processes: presentations, demos, proposals, bidding, pricing and contract closures.
Coordinating onboarding and after sales, working closely with IT, product, operations and support teams.
Channel customer requirements towards executable and aligned business plans.
Description
We are looking for a professional with commercial vision and expertise in technology solutions for logistics or ecommerce. Proven experience in B2B sales and knowledge of the SaaS model is required, with ability to lead technical-business meetings and present technology platform functionalities. Must be able to collaborate with technical and executive teams, understand logistics flows (fulfillment, last mile, traceability) and integration with WMS/TMS, and handle CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce etc.). Experience in agile or continuous growth environments will be valued.
Desirable Requirements
Functional knowledge of logistics flows such as fulfillment, last mile, traceability and integration with WMS/TMS. Ability to lead technical-business meetings and present functionalities of technology platforms. Experience handling CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce etc.). Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive teams. Experience in companies working with agile or constantly expanding methodologies.
