Job Description

Main responsibilities:

1. Analysis and Diagnosis:

Perform detailed analyzes of clients' operations, strategies and digital presence.
Identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities based on market data and trends.
Evaluate competition and market conditions to offer informed recommendations.
2. Strategy Development:

Design personalized strategies to optimize clients' e-commerce performance.
Develop detailed action plans that include clear objectives, specific tactics, and implementation timelines.
Ensure strategies are aligned with client's business and marketing objectives.
3. Implementation of Solutions:

Collaborate with the client team to implement recommended strategies.
Monitor execution of strategies and make adjustments as necessary to maximize results.
Use appropriate tools and technologies to support the effective implementation of solutions.
4. Monitoring and evaluation:

Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the implemented strategies.
Monitor the performance of accounts and projects, providing regular reports to the client.
Perform post-implementation analysis to evaluate results and recommend continuous improvements.
5. Continuous Advice:

Maintain continuous communication with clients to offer constant advice and support.
Provide updates on new trends, technologies and best practices in e-commerce.
Help clients adapt to market changes and take advantage of new growth opportunities.
6. Training and Training:

Train client staff in the use of e-commerce tools and platforms when necessary.
Lead training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of the client team.
Provide support materials to facilitate the implementation of strategies.
7. Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients.
Act as the main point of contact, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Resolve problems and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
8. Business Development:

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Propose and sell e-commerce solutions that add value to the client's business.

9. Research and Development:

Stay up to date on the latest trends, tools and technologies in e-commerce.
Conduct research to develop new approaches and innovative strategies.
Contribute to the development of internal knowledge and share insights with the consulting team.",
