Your main challenge?
Manage, build loyalty and grow the portfolio of key accounts in the real estate sector, ensuring impeccable commercial execution and tailored solutions that maximize the value delivered to clients, with a focus on retention, upselling and recurring business opportunities.

What will you do as KAM🚀?
Manage the client portfolio with a focus on maximizing income, strengthening business relationships, identifying needs and ensuring personalized attention.
Actively seek new clients and business opportunities to increase sales and expand TOCTOC's presence in the real estate sector.
Prospect clients through market analysis, databases, actions
outbound
and networking at industry events.
Detect opportunities
upselling
and
cross-selling
in coordination with the product and marketing area.
Conduct periodic business meetings to review performance, opportunities and improvements.
Ensure the correct implementation of solutions contracted by the client.
Prepare commercial proposals, coordinate renewals and lead negotiation processes.
Analyze results of campaigns and contracted plans, presenting
insights
and optimization opportunities.
Represent TOCTOC at fairs, seminars or other key events in the real estate ecosystem.
Collaborate in the design and implementation of commercial strategies that drive business growth.

What are we waiting for🚀?
You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar commercial roles (KAM, Account Executive, Senior Commercial Executive)
You must have professional training in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Advertising, or related careers.
Availability to perform Pre and Post Natal replacement.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
CRM management (ideally HubSpot)
Intermediate-advanced Excel
Executive PowerPoint Presentations
Business data analysis and KPIs
Knowledge of the real estate industry and digital services
