Laureate is a corporation with an international presence, whose purpose is to provide access to affordable and high-quality education, through our institutions UPC, UPN and Cibertec, serving more than 200 thousand students nationwide.\nContribute to the team that promotes the development of the country through education!\nWe are looking for a Virtual Instructional Designer / Remote Modality (Temporary)\nWhat is the challenge?\nEnsure that educational resources and academic material for the virtual campus meet the standards proposed by the institution.\nWhat are the requirements?\nBachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Psychology or similar\nTraining in Instructional Design (course / specialization / certification)\nEnglish basic/intermediate level\nUse of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level\nUse of technological tools for education (such as Blackboard, Canvas and Moodle)\nKnowledge of aspects communication skills.\nKnowledge of online teaching and learning methodologies.\nKnowledge:\nIntermediate use of technological tools for education (such as Blackboard, Canvas and Moodle).\nIntermediate knowledge of communication aspects.\nKnowledge of online learning teaching methodologies at an intermediate level\nExperience required:\nMinimum 01 year in similar positions.\nMinimum 01 year as an instructional designer or as part of team.\nMinimum 01 year of experience in course creation, scripting of educational resources.\nFunctions:\nCoordinates with teachers, instructional design coordinators and virtual course development coordinators to ensure the articulation and advancement of the process.\nManages communication and monitoring between the participants involved in the production of virtual courses.\nIn order to guarantee the organized and timely development of virtual courses.\nEstablishes and monitors the materials delivery schedule agreed upon with teachers and participating areas.\nSupervises the progress of activities and coordinates adjustments when necessary to ensure compliance with deadlines and deliverables.\nIn order to guarantee the timely delivery of virtual courses and compliance with the production plan.\nReviews the materials prepared by validating teachers applying instructional design criteria.\nApplies pedagogical and methodological guidelines to ensure the academic quality of the contents.\nProposes improvements in the design of virtual courses and educational resources.\nWith the purpose to ensure learning experiences aligned with institutional pedagogical standards.\nValidates and confirms the quality and delivery of materials to the Instructional Design Coordinator.\nVerifies that the virtual educational resources comply with the institutional didactic guidelines and the communication model of the Content Factory area.\nMonitors compliance with defined standards during the production process.\nIn order to ensure the academic, communication and technical coherence of the virtual courses.\nBenefits:\nEntry to payroll from the first day\nRemote work modality.\nExcellent work environment.\nLaw Life Insurance from the first day of work.",
