The Remote Associate Attorney supports The LaMarr Firm, PLLC in personal injury and civil litigation. Working remotely from Latin America, this attorney assists with legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery, analyzing medical records, summarizing depositions, and supporting trial preparation.

This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional legal writing ability, and the capacity to work independently within a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The Remote Associate Attorney collaborates closely with U.S.-based trial counsel, case managers, and paralegals to ensure cases progress efficiently and strategically toward maximum recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery responses

Conduct legal research across multiple U.S. jurisdictions

Review and analyze medical records and billing summaries

Prepare deposition outlines and case strategy memoranda

Assist in demand preparation and pre-suit negotiations

Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and case management protocols

Qualifications:

Law degree (U.S. JD preferred or foreign equivalent with strong U.S. litigation knowledge)

Exceptional English writing and communication skills

Experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred

Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
