Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generator to join our remote team. This role is essential for building and maintaining a structured sales pipeline, supporting sales and customer service, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.


Work Conditions:

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT.
Position: 100% Remote.

Responsibilities:

Create, organize, and maintain a structured sales funnel.
Track leads, follow-ups, and client communications for the sales team.
Support customer service to ensure smooth interactions and timely issue resolution.
Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Manage documentation and follow-up on pending tasks.
Prepare reports, summaries, and operational updates.
Align customer service processes with sales and operations.


Requirements:

English level: B2 (Intermediate-Advanced).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lead Generator or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-growing team.
Experience in administrative, operations, or sales support roles.
Comfortable managing documentation and cross-department communication.
Basic understanding of IT onboarding processes (a plus).
