We're Hiring: Lead .NET Developer / Technical Lead
Looking to lead engineering teams while staying hands-on with modern distributed systems and cloud-native technologies? Join a fast-growing healthcare technology organization building scalable microservices platforms that process hundreds of thousands of patient interactions daily.

What you’ll work on:
• Leading and mentoring software engineering teams
• Designing and developing scalable microservices and REST APIs
• Modernizing distributed systems in Hybrid Cloud environments
• Building production-grade solutions with .NET Core and Azure
• Driving CI/CD, code quality, peer reviews, and Agile execution
• Collaborating with architects and senior engineering leadership

Core Tech Stack:
• .NET Core / C#
• REST APIs & Microservices
• SQL Server
• Azure & Kubernetes (AKS)
• CI/CD & Azure DevOps
• Agile / Scrum

Nice-to-have:
• Kafka / Event-driven architecture
• Distributed systems experience
• AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, etc.)

What we’re looking for:
• 7+ years of experience in .NET development
• 4+ years leading engineering teams
• 3+ years working with Azure and Microservices
• Strong experience with scalable backend systems and APIs
• Comfortable in fast-paced Agile environments
• Hands-on technical leadership mindset

Compensation:
• USD $30/hour
• Full-time (40h/week)
• Approx. USD $5,200/month
