Denken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 15 years of experience with offices at California, Canada, India and Mexico, providing IT solutions in the United States.\nThe role is 100% remote from any location in Mexico. The client is located in the United States, so a fluent English level is required.\nHiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT/ RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc)\nLabor Days: Mon- Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST\nSalary: Up to $25,000 MXN gross\n\nOverview:\nYoull play a crucial role as the virtual face and first point of contact for the organization.\nResponsible for accepting and handling calls from current, former, and potential new clients as well as other callers/guests/visitors/vendors on the telephone.\nAnswering phone calls and emails, scheduling and calendaring meetings and calls for staff, transferring calls, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations.\nResponsibilities:\nTake incoming phone calls\nDirect and Transfer calls\nScreen calls (be the gatekeeper and help protect the valuable time of our attorneys)\nTake messages\nAnswer non legal questions related to the status of a case\nAnswer basic questions about the firm such as our address, phone number, hours of operation and how to get in touch with our staff\nSchedule meetings, email review, answers to questions, return calls, etc.\nEditing and sending payment links, engagement letters, and share file links to clients, vendors, and other individuals electronically and confirming the receipt of these electronic records and the ability of the recipient to find, open and complete the electronic forms.\nProvide administrative support to other team members with data entry, organizing and confirming receipt and completion of onboarding items such as engagement letters and payments and information forms, filing scanned documents, etc.\nScheduling, calendaring and triaging emails for staff in the firm as needed and after candidate demonstrates capability to handle the other responsibilities of this job.\nQualifications:\nHas experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations\nPossesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills\nHas previous experience with word processing programs, data entry programs or software, and basic computer skills\nAt least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar",
