This is not a traditional law firm role you will be at the front line, guiding potential clients through some of the most important decisions of their lives while driving real business impact.
What You Will Do in This Role
Client conversations that convertConduct consultations with prospective clients, building trust quickly and guiding them toward a confident decision to retain legal services.
Own your pipelineManage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain full visibility of your sales pipeline to ensure no opportunity is lost.
Close with purposeTurn complex and emotional situations into positive outcomes for clients while achieving and exceeding monthly retainer goals.
Build meaningful relationshipsConnect with clients during high-stress situations with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
Performance-driven executionTrack your results, optimize your approach, and continuously improve your closing performance.

What We Are Looking For
