Job Description

We’re looking for a Level Blockout Artist with a strong sense of spatial composition to create high-quality environment blockouts in Blender. You’ll receive predefined room templates with fixed entrance positions and elevation constraints. Your role will be to design spatially interesting layouts within those boundaries - focusing on flow, hierarchy, vertical variation, and readability. This is a layout-only role (no final art, lighting, or asset creation).
We’re looking for someone who understands:
- Level Design
- Blockout / Greyboxing
- Interior Layout Design
- Architectural Composition
- Blender
- Modular Level Design
- Player Navigation
- Environment Layout
Optional nice-to-have:
- Ability to test your designs in Unity / Unreal
- Experience working from templates or constraints
- Experience preparing layouts for modular assembly
