Job Description

Position Objective:
Support and training through nutritional care and techniques to support patients with chronic diseases in the management of their conditions through appropriate dietary choices that help them have better control of their pathology.

Features:
-\ Personalized Food Education: This includes recommending appropriate portion sizes, balancing macronutrients, and incorporating a variety of nutrient-dense foods.
-\ Healthy Eating Education: Must educate patients about the importance of a healthy eating pattern and provide guidance on how to make informed food decisions.
-\ Disease-Specific Dietary Guidelines: Each chronic disease has specific dietary considerations. The nutritionist must educate patients on specific dietary guidelines to manage their conditions effectively.
-\ Reading Nutrition Labels: Teaching patients how to read and interpret food labels is important for making informed decisions when purchasing groceries.
-\ Behavior Change and Self-Control: must provide coaching to patients so that they can develop practical strategies for behavior change and self-control. This may include setting realistic dietary goals, tracking food intake, monitoring portion sizes, and providing tips for managing cravings and emotional eating.
-\ After having seen a patient for the first time or in Re-consultation, you must give feedback to the treating doctor through the registration of the interaction on the platform (CRM). All follow-ups must be recorded on the same day that the patient was treated.
-\  Scheduling of re-consultation appointments with patients according to the flow, in accordance with the clinical protocol and the instructions of the treating physician.
-\ Attend scheduled meetings regarding the management and progress of patients in the program.
-\ Prepare and adequately present monthly work report in the CRM.
-\ Report each Identified Adverse Event and/or Technical Complaint on time.

Essential Requirements:
-\ Minimum Academic Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition
-\ Proven experience in caring for patients with diabetes and obesity.
