Our unique focus on providing word-class accommodations to discerning groups of travelers in premier travel destinations, combined with a tech-enabled and data-driven business strategy has allowed Heirloom to quickly carve out a unique space for itself within the highly competitive and rapidly evolving luxury vacation rental industry. \n\nEssential Functions\nThis role is based in our licensing & compliance department and is responsible for handling high-stakes deliverables with strict deadlines critical to maintaining our legal compliance and business licenses. \nLead discovery, case management, and document compilation in support of incident reports, review disputes, payment disputes, and other assorted case or dispute management. \nSupporting new license applications and renewals through document compilation and submission. Keep internal licensing databases updated. \nProactively monitoring code enforcement activity, internal case records, and creating urgency to drive toward resolution. Working collaboratively with the legal department on escalated cases, as appropriate. \nAuditing the enforcement of our cancellation policies, disputing any variances. \nSpecial projects, as assigned. \n\nRequisites\nBackground: 3-5 years experience working in a paralegal or similar administrative support function for a U.S. based company. \n3+ years experience supporting form filling and application submission for official licenses and permits. \nFluent command of English.
