We are looking for talent such as:

Technical leader C# and .NET + Azure Cloud - Anywhere in Mexico / Hybrid Softtek Headquarters

Technical leadership of backend development teams, with mentoring and code review capabilities
Solid experience in C# and .NET (Core/Framework), including RESTful APIs and architectures
microservices
Azure Cloud Services Domain: App Services, Service Bus, Storage, SQL Database, AKS
Knowledge of design patterns, CLEAN Architecture and SOLID principles
Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration in Azure (AKS, Container Apps)
Handling CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Experience in database design and optimization (SQL Server)
Ability to make architectural decisions and define technical standards of the equipment
Knowledge of application security and Azure best practices (Identity, Key Vault)
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and technical project management
Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in monitoring and observability (Application Insights, Log Analytics)
Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
Technical estimating and sprint planning capabilities

Go to the office twice a week if you are at a Softtek Headquarters (CDMX, León, Mérida, Aguascalientes, Monterrey, Ensenada, Cualicán, Querétaro and Guadalajara) otherwise it will be remote.
