Join Our Team as a Data Analytics and BI Leader! \nAre you a strategic person, passionate about data and artificial intelligence?\nIf you are motivated to transform information into high-impact decisions, lead teams and automate processes with technology, this opportunity is for you! \nWe are looking for our next Data Analytics and BI Leader, someone with strategic vision, analytical capacity and leadership, who wants to drive data-based decision making and enhance the use of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence tools throughout the organization.\n Main Responsibilities\nTransform data into strategic assets for decision making.\nDesign, structure and manage data architectures (Data Warehouse, pipelines, ETL/ELT).\nLead the implementation of analytical and Machine Learning models focused on financial risk and valuation.\nAutomate processes and work flows using AI and RPA tools.\nPromote the adoption of artificial intelligence solutions at a transversal level in the organization.\nLead and accompany the work team (RPA Analyst and BI Engineer).\nEnsure compliance with regulations and good practices in data management.\nGenerate insights and strategic reports for senior management.\n Requirements Position\nProfessional in Statistics, Systems Engineering, Mathematics or related fields.\nPostgraduate degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence or similar.\nMinimum experience of 6 years in data management, advanced analytics or related areas.\nExperience leading teams and transversal projects in the organization.\nKnowledge in Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT and construction of data pipelines.\nProficiency in languages such as Python or R, SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).\nKnowledge in Machine Learning and process automation.\nFamiliarity with data management regulations in Colombia (DAMA-DMBOK desirable).\nKey skills:\n Leadership and team management\n Strategic and analytical thinking\n Innovation and adaptability\n Resolution capacity\n Planning and organization\n Effective communication\n Conditions of the Offer\n Type of contract: Indefinite Term + Legal benefits.\nHours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m.\n Modality: Remote (with availability to attend the office when required).\n Salary: Base Salary $6,000,000 + $1,500,000 Fixed Non-Salary Benefit\nIf you are passionate about leading from data, innovation and technology, and want to generate real impact in a growing organization, we want to meet you!\nApply and let's build the future together.
