Join Our Team as a Cybersecurity Leader! \nAre you a strategic person, with a focus on risk management and information protection?\n If you are motivated to lead secure environments, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect digital assets, this opportunity is for you! \nWe are looking for our next Cybersecurity Leader, someone with a comprehensive vision, technical judgment and leadership, who wants to strengthen control frameworks, mitigate risks and guarantee information security throughout the organization.\n Main Responsibilities\n Design and implement IT governance frameworks focused on risk mitigation.\n Lead the organization's cybersecurity and fraud prevention strategy.\n Assess, identify and manage technological and procedural risks continuous.\n Ensure compliance with local and international regulations on security and data.\n Protect the company's digital assets and reputation from regulatory entities and clients.\n Define and implement information security policies, controls and protocols.\n Coordinate internal and external audits related to technology and compliance.\n Manage the relationship with technology providers on security and compliance issues.\n Ensure the shielding of transactions and the secure handling of information.\n Requirements of the Position\n Professional in Systems Engineering, Law with a focus on technology or Business Administration.\n Postgraduate in Cybersecurity, Systems Audit or Risk Management.\n Minimum experience of 6 years in technology areas, with at least 4 years in risk management, audit or compliance.\n Experience leading teams and projects related to security and IT governance.\n Knowledge of regulations such as COBIT 2019, CISM, CRISC, PCI DSS, SFC, SIC and Personal Data Protection Law.\nKey skills:\n Leadership and strategic thinking\n Capacity for analysis and risk management\n Decision making\n Effective communication\n Planning and organization\n Innovation and adaptability\n Conditions of the Offer\n Type of contract: Indefinite term + Legal benefits.\n Hours: Monday to Friday (administrative hours).\n Modality: Remote (with availability to attend the office when required) required).\nSalary: Base Salary $7,000,000 + $1,500,000 Fixed Non-Salary Benefit\nIf you are passionate about cybersecurity, IT governance and want to generate impact by protecting the organization, we want to meet you!\nApply and let's build a secure environment together.
