If you have seventy-two (72) months of experience in financial areas and thirty-six (36) months leading teams, this is an excellent opportunity to boost your professional growth in an organization with international projection.\n\nAcademic training: \nProfessional in Public Accounting, Business Administration or related careers, preferably with a postgraduate degree in Economic Sciences, Finance or related careers.\n\nMission of the position: \nLead the comprehensive management of the accounts process collect, guaranteeing adequate credit risk management, timely recovery of the portfolio, correct billing and compliance with financial indicators, promoting continuous improvement of processes and development of the work team.\n\nFunctions:\n- Design continuous improvement strategies for Order to Cash processes, ensuring their efficiency and compliance.\n- Supervise credit risk management, billing, issuance of credit notes and registration of collections in the ERP.\n- Lead portfolio recovery through collection strategies and coordination with the commercial and financial areas.\n- Develop and accompany the accounts receivable team, promoting compliance with the objectives and good practices of the area.\n- Design, monitor and report management indicators (KPIs), proposing improvement actions to optimize the performance of the process.\n\nKnowledge:\n- Use of SAP.\n- Advanced use of office tools.\n- English level B2+ conversational.\n\nJob skills:\nConflict resolution, risk management, assertive communication, financial analysis, adaptability, self-management, leadership, analytical capacity and numerical ability.\n\nSalary: from $12,000,000 to $15,300,000 depending on profile + current legal benefits.\nType of contract: indefinite term.\nHours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.\nWorkplace: Medellín, Antioquia (hybrid modality).\nRequirements to apply for the vacancy",
