Development Leader, Systems Engineer

Location: Bogotá
Modality: In-person
Contract Type: Fixed 3 months

We are looking for a Development Leader with high experience and skills to lead and support the execution of processes related to the analysis, design and development of the product, delivering comprehensive solutions that satisfy the Client's requirements with quality.

Main responsibilities
Lead or manage development teams, development in C# - MVC - ASPX - APIs.
Software architectures and database management,
Source code control management (GIT).
Control of version changes, requirements and experience in estimates.

Requirements:

Academic training: Professional studies in Systems Engineering or related careers.
Experience: Minimum 3 years.
Experience in financial software, HR or similar and in highly transactional software is desirable.
