Offer Description
At 1CallCenter, an international outsourcing company with more than 13 years of experience, we are looking for a Team Lead of Recruitment for the Latin American region. The selected person will lead a team of recruiters, optimize mass recruitment processes, manage the operation of call centers and work directly with the LATAM market from any country.

Requirements
Fluent Spanish
Fluent English
Experience as a Recruiting Team Leader of at least 6 months
Experience in mass hiring
Experience working in call centers
Experience with the LATAM market
Additional advantage: knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9 hours a day
