Today we are looking for a Demand Strategy Leader to join the Demand Support team, with a focus on leading strategic initiatives that allow us to optimize leasing processes, improve the operational efficiency of the broker team and maximize lead conversion.
This role will be key to driving improvements in the area's operational flows, coordinating cross-cutting projects, promoting the use of technology and data, and acting as a strategic partner in defining priorities, OKRs and initiatives for growth, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Lead strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing leasing processes and the entire brokerage flow.
Propose and implement improvements that increase operational efficiency, reduce friction and improve the experience of clients and brokers.
Coordinate transversal projects with various areas of the company.
Represent the area before internal and external stakeholders in business transformation initiatives.
Participate in the definition, deployment and monitoring of OKRs for the area, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Identify and drive opportunities for automation, digitization and process redesign.
Lead the gathering of business requirements and monitoring of technological initiatives.
Promote the development and piloting of new tools, MVPs and innovative solutions.
Lead advanced data analysis to diagnose the business, detect bottlenecks and generate actionable insights.
Define and monitor critical KPIs of the area, evaluating the impact of implemented projects and initiatives.

Professional training in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in areas of planning, strategic development, operations or continuous improvement.
Experience leading strategic, process improvement or operational transformation projects.
Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Advanced data management, reporting and management indicators.
Advanced analytical capabilities to interpret performance data and generate reports.
Experience in automation, digitalization or process redesign (desirable).
Experience working with technological teams or development cells (desirable).
