Job Description

Agrosuper is a leading food company, focused on the growth and development of its talent. The objective of the position is to manage training and development processes for all Agrosuper Business Units, control area indicators and advise on decision making to help improve the performance and development of employees, and strengthen the organizational culture. The Training Leader reports to the People Management and is part of a strategic team dedicated to enhancing the organization's capabilities.
The project involves designing, implementing and ensuring the execution of training programs, management of development plans, monitoring of indicators and support to business units to align training actions with the corporate strategy. We are looking for professionals committed to inclusion and continuous improvement, who promote a collaborative environment focused on the development of people.

Description and profile
We are looking for a professional with training in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration Engineering or Psychology, with at least 2 years of experience in training management, development and/or project management.
You must have analytical skills to manage indicators, intermediate command of Excel and the ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment with a focus on people. Experience in people management and team management issues will be valued. We are looking for proactive, communicative people, oriented towards collaboration and talent development, capable of influencing different levels of the organization and translating business needs into effective training programs.

Desirable requirements
Knowledge in project management and experience in training programs for different business areas. Experience in instructional design, e-learning platforms, and talent management from a diversity and inclusion perspective is desirable. Mastery of project management tools and facilitation and coaching skills for team development will be valued.
