We are looking for a
Collection Business Intelligence Leader
to join the team. Your mission will be to design, build and interpret analytical models and collection strategies that allow maximizing collection, optimizing the allocation of resources and improving operational efficiency, transforming data into concrete and measurable decisions for the operation.

Design dashboards and reports focusing on key collection KPIs, such as arrears, recovery, channels and field management.
Build and monitor the complete collections funnel, identifying opportunities for improvement at each stage of the process.
Monitor the quality, consistency and availability of information to ensure reliable and timely analysis.
Carry out portfolio segmentation and prioritization according to variables such as payment probability, historical behavior and type of client.
Detect critical points of loss of collection and propose improvement actions.
Generate insights and translate data analysis into actionable recommendations for decision making.
Between 3 and 6 years of experience in positions related to BI, data analysis or management control (exclusive).
Training in Civil Industrial Engineering, Statistical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Commercial Engineering or related career.
Use of SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
High capacity for data analysis and interpretation.
Experience in modeling and analysis of information for decision making.
Experience in collections, finance or real estate (desirable).
Use of data analysis tools or languages such as Python or R (desirable).
