We are looking for a Retail Business Intelligence Leader to join the team. Your mission will be to generate reports and indicator visualization tools that promote agile and well-founded decision making, transforming complex data into strategic, clear and actionable information.

Design and maintain dashboards with focus on key business KPIs.
Generate executive reports for owners and board presentations.
Automate recurring reports and workflows to improve efficiency.
Develop simulation models and projection of vacancy, rents and cash flow.
Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of data.
Support decision making through visualizations and strategic information.

At least 2 years of experience in related positions (exclusive).
Management of medium-high level query SQL (desirable).
Knowledge of statistics at a medium-high level (desirable).
Basic programming knowledge.
Ability to design and present information in a clear and organized manner.
High analytical capacity and orientation to the strategic use of data.
Desirable training in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
