What is your challenge and what will you do in your day to day life?
You will have to lead the company's methodological consistency and be guardian of the Institutional brain, ensuring that our AI delivers reliable, actionable responses aligned with the best business practices.
Some of your responsibilities:
A. Knowledge Mining and Productization with AI
Knowledge Mining
: Lead structured sessions with internal experts to capture tacit know-how, using transcription, synthesis and structuring tools with AI.
Curatorship of the Institutional Brain
: Act as
functional owner
of the AI Wiki in Vertex AI, validating that the Gemini outputs are accurate, updated and consistent with the iConstruye methodology.
B. Design of the “Golden Blueprint” of Implementation
Dynamic Digital Playbooks
: Design standard operating models that translate into predefined product configurations (not just documentation), depending on the type of client and work (Building, Infrastructure, etc.).
Customer Health by Design
: Define KPIs, business rules and “customer health” algorithms for automatic monitoring of the correct use of the product.
C. Strategic Connector between Consulting and Product
Product Feedback Loop
: Detect friction patterns in implementations and convert them into actionable insights for the product roadmap, prioritizing automation and self-service.
AI Training and Grounding
: Collaborate with IT and Data to ensure that AI models are trained with curated, current documentation aimed at solving real customer problems.
D. Asset Management & Commercial Enablement
Sales Enablement IA-Ready
: Create pre-sales assets (decision matrices, process flows, quick diagnostics) that allow more precise, faster and scalable proposals.
Delivery Scalability
: Design reusable assets that reduce implementation costs and increase margin without sacrificing quality.

👤 Profile we are looking for:
🎓 Training:
Civil Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering or related career, with a strong orientation to processes, systems and continuous improvement.
🧩 Experience:
4 to 6 years in process consulting, ERP implementation or B2B SaaS solutions.
Desirable experience in iConstruye, construction sector or process-intensive industries.
