Commercial Operation Leader

Mission of the position:
1.\ Support pre-sales management and solution architecture design for prospects (leads-Opp) and current clients led by the Account Managers of the commercial team
2.\ Ensure the renewal of installed base customer contracts, through adoption strategies for the success of customer processes with the HUMANO information system.
3.\ Technical and functional leader of the CRM for its correct functioning, updates and improvements.
Features:
•\ Evaluate your own product and that of the competition to offer differentiated solutions that sustainably solve the problems faced by customers.
•\ Evaluate on a technological scale the computer solutions and products offered to clients, as well as similar products of the competition to establish the strengths and weaknesses compared to it.
•\ Visit our clients and create reports of these visits to support client management and the internal operation of SL.
•\ Analyze the information entered in the CRM to take care of the installed base of clients and prospects.
•\ Guarantee the annual and recurring renewal of S.I. client contracts. HUMAN.
•\ Develop together with the commercial team strategies to offer products and/or services before they are available on the market. This is an opportunity for customers to request and purchase a product in advance, ensuring their purchase at a special price and showing technological benefits.
•\ Create work plans and schedules with the client to ensure satisfaction with the use of our product.
•\ Maintain the CRM if there are access problems for users and be a liaison with Salesforce in the event of errors and failures

Responsibilities towards the ISMS
•\ Report information security events/incidents through the channels provided by Logical Support S.A.S.
•\ Report information security weaknesses that are identified during the execution of tasks.
•\ Know the information security risks of your respective process.
•\ Comply with information security activities included in the procedures related to the position.
•\ Participate in induction, training and coaching processes.

Requirements:
•\ Professional in administrative areas, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
•\ Specialization in Project Management and Digital Transformation (desirable).
•\ 5 years of experience leading digital transformation projects
Conditions:
•\ Fixed contract 3 months (renewable)
•\ Salary to be agreed.",
