MULTI LINE OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS LEADER
Tourist Rentals (Spain) and CREDION
Teleworking from Medellín

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an Operations Leader to direct the execution of projects and the daily operation of the tourist rental line in Spain and Colombia and, in a complementary way, support CREDION S.A.S. (financing and credits to clients) in the care and management of the portfolio when the situation requires it. It is a position of high autonomy and versatility, for someone capable of alternating between operational property management and financial and commercial portfolio management, resolving on both fronts without losing control of the details.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tourist Rentals Line (Spain):
- Lead and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance team (1 to 5 people), ensuring quality standards and response times at each property.
- Lead a person in the administrative area, focused on support and operational tasks.
- Resolve urgent situations (incidents at properties, guests, suppliers) with your own criteria.
- Manage difficult guests and clients with courage, diplomacy and solution orientation.

CREDION line (financing and credits):
- Monitor the relationship with clients when the case escalates and the operational team requires support.
- Handle difficult conversations with clients in default or in negotiation, maintaining firmness and a good relationship.

Transverse to both lines:
- Develop and monitor multiple operational projects simultaneously, prioritizing by impact and urgency.
- Read, interpret and control budgets, optimizing resources and costs in both operations.
- Use generative AI tools to support project management, documentation and monitoring.
- Report progress, risks and results to management in a structured and differentiated manner by line.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3 to 5 years leading operational teams and/or management processes, ideally in tourism, vacation rentals, financial sector or collections.
- Proven experience in budget management and resource optimization.
- Desirable: experience in portfolio management, collections or negotiation with debtor clients.
- Management of generative AI tools applied to projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
- High tolerance to pressure and ability to manage multiple fronts at the same time.
- Availability in a slot compatible with Spain (flexible shift), approximately from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Colombia time.
- Autonomy to lead both delegated projects and own continuous improvement initiatives.
- Negotiation skills, especially in portfolio contexts, collections and closing of commercial agreements.
- Desirable: upper intermediate English.

CONDITIONS
- Modality: teleworking, based in Medellín.
- Contract: indefinite term.
- Team in charge: 1 to 5 people (cleaning and maintenance), plus direct CREDION portfolio management.
- Business lines: tourist rentals (Spain) and CREDION (customer financing).
- Base salary: 2,700,000 to 3,510,000 COP.",
