We are adding a PMO (Project Management Office) Leader for a company linked to energy that is: agile, unstructured and where those who really make things happen are rewarded. \nOur client is characterized by offering technological and operational solutions in the energy industry, operating under international standards and focusing on efficiency and innovation. The company is in constant growth and seeks to strengthen its project management methodological structure to accompany the development of its business units, guaranteeing the availability of strategic information and a single control panel of the project portfolio for Management. \nThe company wants to continue expanding its products and services, and we want you to help us achieve this! \nActions: \nDefine and update the project management methodology.\nManage the centralized project health dashboard. \nProvide methodological support and tools to the Project Managers of the different Business Units.\nIdentify transversal bottlenecks between business units and support areas. \nImplement Earned Value metrics (EVM) in strategic projects.\nEnsure that activities are carried out in accordance with internal processes, legal regulations and quality and safety standards.\nDefine management KPIs and validate agile or traditional methodologies depending on the type of project.\nInform Management about projects in critical situations that require strategic intervention.\nRequirements: \nUniversity training (not exclusive).\nMinimum experience of 5 years in complex project management.\nExpert mastery of project management methodologies (traditional and agile) and classification of projects by criticality. \nExperience in managing project portfolios and resolving transversal bottlenecks.\nAnalytical capacity for managing project telemetry, KPIs and risk management templates.\nExperience in implementing project control and monitoring metrics.\nHave VERY good work references (the same will be requested in each of your previous jobs). \nInteresting hiring conditions and fertile ground for your professional and personal development are offered!!",
