Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics or related careers.
Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, project coordination or similar positions.
Proven experience in Banking Required
•\ Proven experience leading complex project portfolios.
•\ Experience in data consolidation, executive reporting and indicator analysis.
•\ Knowledge in assignment and load balancing of projects and resources.
•\ Proficiency in PPM tools: Jira, Monday.com, MS Project or similar.
•\ Advanced Excel.
•\ Power BI and data analysis tools.
•\ Document management.
•\ Portfolio and project management.
•\ Preparation of executive dashboards and performance indicators.
•\ Data analysis for strategic decision making.
PMP, CAPM, PMI-PMOCP certification or equivalent.
•\ Experience in agile and hybrid methodologies.
•\ Knowledge of corporate governance of projects and PMO.
