Job Description

In our company, specialized in software development, we are looking for a Project Leader who combines leadership of technical teams with solid time, resource and cost management.

We are looking for someone who will ensure successful deliveries, aligned teams and profitable projects.

Plan, coordinate and execute software development projects ensuring compliance in scope, technical quality, delivery times and budget, optimizing team capacity and project profitability.

Main responsibilities

•\ Lead development projects (web, mobile, platforms, integrations, etc.).
•\ Define scope, schedules, estimates and resource allocation.
•\ Manage the capacity and workload of developers, QA and other technical profiles.
•\ Coordinate agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews, retrospectives).
•\ Monitor progress, fulfillment of sprints and deliverables.
•\ Control man hours, project costs and budget deviations.
•\ Monitor hours invested, costs and budget deviations.
•\ Control project performance indicators (progress, efficiency and profitability).
•\ Ensure profitability and correct billing when applicable.
•\ Identify technical and operational risks, proposing action plans.
•\ Maintain constant communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
•\ Ensure quality standards and good development practices.
•\ Report operational and financial progress to management.

Profile we are looking for

•\ Professional in Systems, Software, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
•\ Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years leading software projects.
•\ Experience managing technical teams (developers, QA, UX/UI).
•\ Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum).
•\ Ability to interpret technical estimates and translate them into financial planning.
•\ High capacity for organization, leadership and results orientation.

Desirable

•\ Scrum Master, PMP or similar certification.
•\ Experience in project management for external clients.
•\ Management of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday or similar.
•\ Knowledge of development metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity).
•\ Intermediate or advanced level of English (desirable).

Conditions

•\ Salary: $4,000,000 to $8,000,000 per month (depending on experience).
•\ Mode: Remote.
•\ Type of contract: Indefinite.
