We are looking for a Recruitment Leader (Freelance Mode)
Human capital management agency, we are looking for a Recruitment Leader with strategic and technological vision to coordinate teams at the national level, with special focus on the areas of the State of Mexico and Nuevo León.
Your mission:
Lead, organize and scale remote recruiting teams, ensuring the fulfillment of goals and comprehensive monitoring of candidates until their entry.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in mass or specialized recruitment processes (operational/industrial sector preferred).
Competencies: Born leadership, high organizational skills, honesty and excellent service attitude.
Technical Skills: Management of technological tools, digital recruitment strategies, advertising guidelines on social networks and database management.
Availability: Full time (Monday to Saturday) and remote management ability.
