Today we are looking for a Project Monitoring and Management Leader to join the Management and Operational Efficiency team. Your mission will be to carry out management, control and operational monitoring in a focused manner for key partners of the company, identifying opportunities for improvements and new initiatives with a focus on the operational efficiency of processes and resources.

What are the main challenges of the position? 🤯
Be the main operational link between the Company and the Partners.
Establish a high degree of relationship, with management at the management level.
Integrate and facilitate operational efforts between Partners and Company.
Coordinate work tables, monthly follow-up meeting and Governance with partners
Monitor KPIs, control SLA and generate periodic reports on the management carried out by the area.
Ensure the correct functioning of the operation, monitoring flows and participating in the resolution of partner queries.
Lead and/or monitor operational projects and initiatives, with impact at the business, backoffice and/or client level, ensuring continuous operational improvement.
Achieve an expert role within the business with a focus on Partners and Clients.

Requirements 🔍:
Industrial Civil Engineer, Commercial Engineering or related careers.
At least 1 year experience in management of initiatives and indicators.
Knowledge of the insurance/financial sector at a commercial, operational or other aspects.
