Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Technical Leader with experience in analysis, design and implementation of business technology solutions. You will be responsible for acting as a bridge between business needs and technical teams, leading the design of solutions, ensuring the technical quality of initiatives and coordinating execution with different technology and business areas.\nThe ideal person will have strong analytical capabilities, experience in enterprise architectures, system integrations and requirements management, as well as leadership and influence skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders in dynamic corporate environments.\nResponsibilities\nLead the analysis, design and validation of technological solutions aligned with business objectives.\nTranslate functional requirements into viable and scalable technical designs.\nParticipate in modernization, redesign and integration initiatives of business applications.\nIdentify risks, dependencies and technical impacts associated with the proposed solutions.\nDefine and validate technical acceptance criteria for developments.\nPrepare functional and technical documentation, architecture diagrams and solution specifications.\nEnsure the traceability of requirements throughout the life cycle of the project.\nCoordinate activities with Development, QA, Architecture, Infrastructure and business areas teams.\nSupport technical decision making and promote good development and architecture practices.\nActively participate in agile ceremonies and in the prioritization of initiatives.\nMonitor the progress of projects and ensure compliance with quality standards.\nTechnical requirements\nExperience in analysis and design of business technological solutions.\nSolid knowledge in system integrations through REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware and integration flows.\nExperience in data modeling and SQL queries.\nKnowledge of application architecture and integration patterns.\nExperience in gathering, analysis and management of requirements.\nKnowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).\nExperience working under agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).\nManagement of management tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps.\nExperience collaborating with Development, QA and Architecture teams.\nKnowledge of Cloud platforms and digital ecosystems.\nKnowledge in Appian or Low-Code platforms.\nAbility to prepare high-level technical and functional documentation.\nAdvanced conversational English (oral and written).\nFunctional competencies\nAbility to connect business needs with technological solutions.\nAbility to lead integration and transformation initiatives digital.\nAnalysis capacity to identify risks, impacts and dependencies.\nEffective management of stakeholders at different organizational levels.\nPlanning and monitoring of technical deliverables.\nOrientation to quality and continuous improvement.\nSoft skills\nEffective communication with technical and business audiences.\nAnalytical and structured thinking.\nResolution of complex problems.\nCollaborative leadership and positive influence.\nAbility to negotiate and manage conflicts.\nDetail orientation and quality assurance.\nAdaptability to changes and priorities.\nFocus on results and achievement of objectives.\nWorking conditions\nType of contract: Indefinite term.\nSalary: To be agreed according to experience and knowledge.\nModality: Hybrid (Bogotá and Medellín, 3 days in person and 2 days remote) or remote for candidates located in other cities in Colombia.\nLocation: Colombia.\nBenefits\nPrepaid medicine.\nFuneral policy.\nProfessional development and career growth plan.\nContinuing education programs.\nBenefits for certifications and specialized training.\nParticipation in high-impact digital transformation projects.",
