You will participate in innovative projects for clients in sectors such as financial services, insurance, retail and government. In this role, you will join a UX cell within an agile environment, oriented to the delivery of digital solutions with a focus on user experience and business objectives. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between areas, drive continuous improvement and facilitate data-driven decisions.

Roles and responsibilities
Execute benchmarking and analysis of good market practices to optimize product development.
Design and execute UX research (surveys, interviews, database analysis, metrics and indicators).
Document findings, test results, and report actionable insights.
Coordinate and supervise the continuous optimization of UX processes.
Advise the cell in decision making, identifying dependencies and alternative solutions.
Ensure alignment and collaboration between areas and with stakeholders.
Coordinate with C-Media products to guarantee consistency and quality in deliverables.
Document solutions and wireframes in Figma; Design high fidelity prototypes following design guidelines.
Conduct generative and evaluative research, selecting methods according to business and team needs.
Delivery of processes aligned to area standards and support for continuous improvement in UX cells, clusters and chapters.

Position Description
We are looking for a senior professional to lead and facilitate UX alignment within the cell, acting as a reference for the digital product. You will be responsible for managing analysis, design and measurement of solutions focused on user experience and business objectives, ensuring continuous improvements and informed decisions.
Key areas of influence include coordination with stakeholders, clear documentation of solutions and deliverables in Figma, and implementation of improvements that drive the usability and business impact of C-Media's digital products.

Desirable Requirements
Demonstrable experience leading UX teams in agile environments, management of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and ability to convert insights into concrete design actions. Data-oriented profile, with the ability to manage concurrent priorities and effective communication with stakeholders. Knowledge of design tools (Figma, UXPin) and user experience metrics. Previous experience in technology, finance or digital services sectors will be an advantage, as well as the ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
