Job Description

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation + Employee Central (EC) Functional Leader with extensive experience in the definition, design and implementation of compensation solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.

Responsibilities

- Lead the analysis, design and configuration of solutions in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
-Manage the integration of master data and salary components from Employee Central (EC).

Set up and manage:
-Compensation Worksheets.
-Budgets (Budgeting).
-Guidelines and compensation matrices.
-Bonus Plans and calculation rules.
-Define functional requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
-Guarantee the correct integration between compensation processes and performance management.

Requirements:

-Solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
-Experience in Employee Central (EC), especially in master data integration and pay components.
Advanced knowledge in configuration of:
-Compensation Worksheets.
-Budgeting and Guidelines.
-Bonus Plans and calculation rules.
Experience in processes of:
-Total compensation.
-Performance management integrated into compensation
Knowledge and application of methodologies.
