Functional Leader SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay + Employee Central
Remote mode
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay + Employee Central Functional Leader with experience in the implementation, configuration and optimization of variable compensation schemes within the SAP ecosystem.
The ideal person will be responsible for translating compensation models and business objectives into scalable functional solutions, ensuring the correct integration between the Variable Pay, Compensation and Employee Central modules.

Responsibilities
Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay.
Implement and optimize total compensation processes aligned with the business strategy.
Set up complex bonus and incentive formulas.
Design multifactor compensation models, considering organizational and individual variables.
Manage the integration of master data and payment components through Employee Central.
Ensure the correct link between performance, rewards and incentives.
Translate financial models and business rules into functional logic within SAP.
Design scalable solutions to administer compensation programs aimed at large populations.
Collaborate with Human Resources, Compensation, Finance and Technology teams.

Requirements
Degree or Engineering in Systems, Information Technologies, Administration, Human Resources or similar.
Verifiable experience as a consultant or functional leader in SAP SuccessFactors.
Solid experience in:
SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay.

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Knowledge of total compensation processes and incentive programs.
Experience in integration between SuccessFactors modules.
Knowledge of Performance & Reward models.
Ability to document requirements and manage stakeholders.
Desirable experience in global or regional implementations.
