Job Description

At LOGYCA–CLI, as part of the Latin American Logistics Innovation Network in collaboration with the MIT CTL–SCALE Network, we are looking for a person who will contribute to opening and consolidating new lines of research with regional impact, capable of transforming logistics and value networks in Latin America.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with leading companies, government entities and multilateral allies, being an active part of the Latin American Logistics Innovation Network led by LOGYCA–CLI in collaboration with the MIT CTL–SCALE Network. This involves participating in an advanced, collaborative and multidisciplinary work agenda, oriented towards real results.

Role Responsibilities:

- Design and execute high-impact projects in sustainability, digitalization and collaboration in value networks.
- Produce applied knowledge and technical publications at the national and regional level.
- Technically lead research teams and articulate efforts with strategic allies.
- Develop new lines of research that strengthen LOGYCA's position as a scientific and technical reference in Latin America.

Skills:

Professionals with strategic vision, academic rigor and the ability to mobilize allies, capable of transforming data and research into real impact for the logistics ecosystem of Latin America.

Profile and requirements:

- PhD in areas related to the thematic axes.
- 5 years of experience in applied research and high-level relationships.
-Experience in logistics, transportation, analytics or related disciplines (desirable).
- English C1–C2.
- Ability to mobilize allies and generate impact through research.
