In this role, you will lead a CRM project oriented to sales and services, coordinating the business, technology, integrations and IT security areas. You will participate in innovative initiatives with multidisciplinary teams, driving customer-focused solutions and providing strategic value through the management of requirements, use cases and user stories, prioritizing deliverables and aligning them with the objectives of the CRM program. You will collaborate with the project manager in managing stakeholders, scope, dependencies and deadlines, ensuring good practices in design, implementation and adoption of the CRM solution.

Features
Lead and coordinate end-to-end CRM projects, acting as a link between business, technology and IT security. Survey, analyze and model business requirements, use cases and user stories, prioritizing functionalities to meet the objectives of the CRM program. Manage scope, dependencies and deliverables, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Support the Project Manager in the coordination of stakeholders and risk management; facilitate decision making and ensure the correct adoption of the customer-centric CRM solution. Coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring fluid communication and execution aligned with good agile practices, especially Scrum. Guide recommendations on design, implementation and data migration, integrations with existing systems and security practices. Lead workshops to survey processes, review processes and build solutions that optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements and profile
We are looking for a CRM project leader with proven experience implementing Salesforce for sales and service solutions. Must have functional and technical leadership skills, ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear and prioritized user stories. Experience in integrations, data and security, and in agile environments with Scrum will be an advantage. The ideal candidate must tend to collaborate proactively, demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to advise business users and development teams. Previous experience in technological projects in design and definition of architecture, especially in Real Estate and/or Retail, will be a plus. Ability to manage teams and stakeholders, maintain strategic vision and foster best practices in the implementation and adoption of customer-centric CRM solutions is expected.

Desirable requirements
Demonstrable experience in leading Salesforce CRM projects for sales and services, with knowledge of customer management processes and data migration from legacy systems. Familiarity with sales, services and customer care in real estate or retail. Ability to advise business users and development teams on solution integration, customization and data migration. Ability to work in multicultural environments, manage internal and external teams, and communicate clearly and persuasively. Proactivity, analytical thinking and results orientation are key to this role.
