Regional Management Leader\nImportant social sector organization is looking for a Regional Management Leader, responsible for accompanying the execution and monitoring of social projects in the territory, articulating actions with public entities, educational institutions and community actors.\nPurpose of the position\nEnsure the adequate management and execution of social projects in the territory, guaranteeing compliance with established objectives, schedules and results.\nMain functions\nSupport the design, implementation and monitoring of projects social activities.\nCoordinate actions with mayors' offices, education departments, rectors and institutional entities.\nPerform technical support to local teams.\nManage activities in the territory and monitor compliance with indicators.\nIdentify risks and generate action plans to guarantee the correct execution of projects.\nPrepare technical reports and management reports.\nPerform administrative and operational monitoring and follow-up of the assigned projects.\nRequirements\nProfessional in science social, economics, engineering or related careers.\nMinimum experience of 3 years in similar positions, in the social sector.\nExperience in implementation, monitoring and management of projects in territory.\nKnowledge in social intervention, risk management and project methodologies.\nManagement of Office tools.\nAvailability to travel to different territories\nWorking conditions\nModality: Home Office with availability to travel monthly to territories\nLocation: Cartagena or Barranquilla.\nIndefinite-term contract.\nSalary: between $5,000,000 and $6,000,000.\nCorporate benefits and wellness program.\nIf you have experience leading social projects and articulating actions in the territory, we want",
