Job Description
Agrosuper seeks to add a Digital Transformation Project Leader to its team for the Digital Transformation Deputy Management of Administration and Finance. The objective is to plan, execute and supervise initiatives aligned with the strategic plan that incorporate digital technologies in all areas of Administration and Finance, with a focus on improving processes, increasing value for clients and creating innovative business models. The position involves leading change in organizational culture, promoting the adoption of new technologies and guaranteeing deliveries within deadlines and budgets, with measurable results.
The central project is aimed at the digital transformation of administrative and financial processes, with emphasis on operational efficiency, data governance and internal customer experience.

Main functions
Strategic planning: support and advise internal clients to prioritize initiatives aligned with strategic objectives; Ensure compliance with definitions and technological guidelines of Agrosuper.
Project management: lead design, planning and execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and value generation.
Team coordination: lead multidisciplinary teams (technology and business) to implement digital initiatives; maintain constant communication with stakeholders.
Identification of emerging technologies: monitor trends and opportunities that benefit the organization's digital transformation.
Risk assessment and mitigation: identify possible risks and define strategies to mitigate them and ensure project success.
Measurement and monitoring: establish KPIs, perform post-implementation monitoring and capture generated value.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for professionals with training in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering or related careers, with a minimum of 2 years' experience leading projects or participating in Digital Transformation initiatives. You must be able to manage complex projects and initiatives, know agile methodologies and project stages, and have knowledge of the Administration and Finance process. Intermediate English is desirable. We are looking for proactive, results-oriented people with communication skills, analytical thinking and the ability to influence and collaborate with different areas of the company, promoting the adoption of new technologies and positive cultural change.
Desirable requirements
Demonstrable experience leading Digital Transformation projects in Administration and Finance environments. Knowledge in organizational change management and experience in data governance. Negotiation skills, delivery of measurable value and ability to work in dynamic and multicultural environments. Intermediate or higher level of English.
