At KaizenRH we are looking for a Technical Development Leader - AI to work within a leading software development company and for projects in the banking segment.
We are looking for a Technical Development Leader to lead a team of developers within a communication platform powered by Artificial Intelligence. This person will not only be responsible for coordinating and guiding the team, but will also actively intervene in the code, with a special focus on Python, ensuring that the technical development meets the expected quality and functionality standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience leading software development teams.
Knowledge and practice of Scrum or similar agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe).
Practical experience in Python, with the ability to intervene in code and lead technical handoffs.
Experience in other platform languages: Angular, NodeJS, LangGraph, Java or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience using OpenAI, Twilio and WhatsApp APIs.
Solid knowledge of API integration and distributed architectures.
Communication, conflict management and team facilitation skills.

Demonstrable experience applying Scrum.
Previous experience in innovation or R&D projects.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and cloud (AWS/GCP) practices.
Desirable knowledge of Chatwoot and Ruby.
Capacity for analysis and critical thinking aimed at continuous improvement.
Intermediate/advanced level of English
Tasks
Lead, motivate and guide a team of seven people in an agile environment.
Coordinate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Ensure correct prioritization and assignment of tasks in the backlog.
Actively participate in development (TL handoff), reviewing and contributing code in Python and other relevant technologies.
Mentor the development team, driving learning and continuous improvement.
Design and validate technical solutions together with architects and developers.
Facilitate communication between developers, QA, functional analysts and the product area.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to align business objectives with technical deliverables.
Monitor team progress, resolve blockages, and ensure deadlines are met.
Promote good development practices, code quality and technical documentation.
