Coderslab.io is working on modernizing its supply chain platform for a retail network with a presence in more than 20 countries and more than 400 stores. The project involves designing and leading the architecture of logistics solutions (WMS, OMS, TMS) and integration with ERP (SAP), guaranteeing the traceability, scalability and performance of the supply chain in a multichannel environment. Features
• Design and guide the technical architecture of the logistics systems suite (WMS, OMS, TMS) and inventory visibility, ensuring coherence with the business ecosystem (SAP, middleware, retail systems).
• Define technical standards for ASN (Advanced Shipping Notices), receiving, picking, packing and shipping flows; ensure robust integrations between logistics systems and ERP.
• Technically lead implementations of logistics solutions (EMS, WMS, SMS); define requirements, specifications and acceptance criteria; coordinate development teams, consultants and suppliers.
• Validate deliverables, ensure quality and compliance with standards; manage dependencies and technical risks; promote good architectural governance practices.
• Design integration flows between logistics systems and ERP (SAP); define logistics master data structures and ensure end-to-end traceability from purchase order to receipt in store or distribution center.
• Coordinate interfaces via middleware, collaborate with integration teams, and ensure data consistency between systems and operations.
• Identify automation opportunities in warehouse and distribution; evaluate emerging technologies (IoT, RFID) and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Document architecture, processes and technical decisions; establish configuration standards and best practices for logistics systems; participate in architecture committees representing logistics.

Requirements and profile
• Training: Systems Engineering, Industrial, Logistics or related field. Certifications in WMS (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM), solutions architecture or supply chain management (APICS, CSCP) are desirable.
• Experience: minimum 5 years in implementation or support of logistics systems; at least 3 years in technical architecture or project leadership roles. Proven experience in WMS/OMS, in retail, distribution or manufacturing industries with multi-site operations; Participation in ERP integration projects (preferably SAP).
• Technical knowledge: WMS, WHO, TMS; logistics processes (reception, storage, picking, packing, shipping, cross-docking, inventories); EDI/Integration standards (ASN 856, PO 850, Invoice 810, GS1); data modeling, integration diagrams, SQL and relational databases; Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Languages: Native Spanish; Intermediate-advanced English (B2+) for interaction with suppliers and technical documentation.
• Skills: architectural thinking, systemic vision; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; technical leadership without formal authority; effective communication with technical, operations and management teams; attention to detail and management of multiple projects.
• Context: Payless' dynamic environment with operations in more than 20 countries; balance between new projects and stabilization of existing systems.

Desirable requirements
High-impact contributions in projects for the implementation of logistics systems on a regional or multinational scale; experience in advanced integration with SAP and experience in warehouse automation projects; knowledge of automation technologies (IoT, RFID) and data analytics platforms applied to the supply chain.
