FactorIT, a leader in technology and data solutions with a presence in 8 countries, is looking for a Technical Modernization Leader to directly impact the scalability and profitability of digital projects. The role is strategic and requires driving the transition from legacy architectures to modern, scalable and reusable ecosystems. The candidate will lead the application modernization practice, designing microservices-based architectures and creating reusable service packs to standardize solutions, improve margins and sustainably scale delivery.

What will you do
Design and implement modernization strategies for legacy systems.
Lead the transition from monolithic architectures to microservices.
Define technical standards and good development practices.
Create reusable assets that optimize implementation times and costs.
Work with Cloud Architecture and DevOps to ensure efficiency, security and scalability.
Participate in technical pre-sales instances, providing strategic vision in high-impact proposals.
Technically guide development teams, promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Profile and experience sought
We are looking for someone with more than 7 years of experience in software development and experience leading technological modernization processes. Key technical requirements include mastery of microservices architectures, experience with Java/Spring Boot and Node.js/TypeScript, RESTful architectures and APIs, and experience in Cloud environments (ideally Azure or AWS). Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is valued.
Required competencies: strategic thinking, ability to influence, results orientation, clear communication and mentoring skills. Cloud certifications and experience in designing solutions for large corporations will be an advantage, as well as familiarity with architectural patterns (CQRS, Event Driven, Circuit Breaker) and participation in technical pre-sales processes.
