🎯What are we looking for?
At BICE Hipotecaria we are looking for a Technical Leader for the Systems Deputy Management, who will be in charge of leading the systems teams in the creation, execution and continuous improvement of the software development process, evangelizing the best practices in system design in conjunction with the architecture area.
In this role you will:
Develop applications with excellent performance and experience for business needs.
Support projects and/or maintenance in the systems development areas.
Implement and continuously improve the applications of the different lines of business, ensuring the monitoring of standards in the development as well as the quality of our software.
Support the implementation of the software development strategy for the IT Core teams in conjunction with the Architecture area.
Define development standard for the development team and/or suppliers together with the architecture area and technical guidelines for the development team and/or suppliers together with the architecture and technology area.
Follow the software development strategy for the IT Core teams in conjunction with the Architecture area, the development standard for the development team and/or suppliers; and technical guidelines for the development team and/or suppliers in conjunction with the architecture and technology area.

🧠 What do we need?
Academic training: Civil engineering or execution in information technology or computing.
Demonstrable experience in development and/or architecture areas with teams in charge.
Experience working under agile methodologies, participating in the development of software projects.
Knowledge: Cloud, databases (relational and non-relational), code versioning (GIT), Angular, Java and Python; software development; and Software design patterns.
