We want to add to our team a Full Stack Technical Leader who actively participates in the design, development and evolution of an InnerSource Platform and its ecosystem of tools, driving a collaborative culture and technological innovation.

Technically lead the design and evolution of full stack solutions.
Actively participate in software development (approx. 50% hands-on).
Design modern, scalable and microservices-oriented architectures.
Develop robust web applications using React and Next.js.
Build APIs and backend solutions with Node.js.
Implement event-driven patrons and good engineering practices.
Lead DevOps initiatives and CI/CD automation.
Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders in international environments.
Drive innovation, continuous improvement and technical excellence.

General Requirements
Minimum 6 years of demonstrable experience.
Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Technical Leader.
Advanced / fluent English (C1 indispensable).
Ability to work autonomously and lead technical decisions.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Analytical, proactive and results-oriented profile.

Hybrid work. 40-hour working week. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs.

The position requires residence in Spain or real availability to relocate and live in Spain.
