Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Leader to lead the People Analytics cell within an important project in the banking sector.
You will be responsible for technically leading the data architecture design under the data mesh approach, the definition of ETL flows, integrations via API and the architectural support of the team.

Your main challenges
Define and document the architecture of solutions under a data mesh approach.
Design and validate ETL flows for data integration between different sources.
Lead the design of integrations via API, including data contracts and consumption standards.
Prepare architecture diagrams that support technical documentation.
Evaluate and propose cloud solutions (AWS, Azure or GCP).
Interact with teams that manage SAP systems, understanding how that data is integrated into the ecosystem.
Manage and prioritize the technical backlog in Jira.
Mentor technical profiles of the team (developers, data engineers).

What we are looking for
At least 4-5 years of experience in data engineering and technical leadership or solution design roles.
Proficiency in data architecture design in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).
Hands-on experience implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and Data Mesh / Data Lakehouse concepts.
Solid knowledge in design, consumption and implementation of REST APIs for data integration.
Experience in modeling and diagramming technical solutions.
Management of agile methodologies and management of technical tasks in Jira.

Desirable / Valued:
Previous experience in People Analytics, HR Tech or talent metrics management projects.
General notions about SAP ecosystems.
Experience in the financial sector or highly regulated industries.
