Job Description

At Kibernum we are looking for a Fullstack Technical Leader, responsible for leading the design, development and evolution of a business architecture based on microfrontends, microservices and cloud platforms on AWS EKS.
This role combines technical leadership, software architecture and hands-on development in highly scalable environments.

Functions of the role
Lead the fullstack architectural design (React + NestJS)
Define and implement microfrontends with Module Federation
Supervise the development of BFF and BCL in hexagonal architecture
Design and govern APIs in IBM API Connect (OpenAPI 3.0)
Implement OAuth2 / JWT authentication strategies
Coordinate deployments in Kubernetes (AWS EKS)
Design CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
Lead technical decisions, code reviews and development standards
Coordinate UX, DevOps, architecture and security teams
Manage technical data and resolve productive incidents

Requirements
+5 years of experience developing fullstack with TypeScript
+2 years in technical or architectural leadership roles
Experience in React 18+ and NestJS
Experience in microfrontends (Module Federation)
Hexagonal architecture / clean architecture
REST APIs and OpenAPI contract design
AWS EKS (Kubernetes), Docker, Helm
CI/CD with GitLab
OAuth2/JWT
Redis the distributed cache
Experience in enterprise / digital banking environments
